Alt.vfx is looking for a talented Modeller / Texture Artist for to come on board to work across commercials, film and television.

This is a rewarding role working with a world class crew. Ideal candidates will already have good industry experience, and will understand the demands and responsibilities of the position from the outset.

REQUIREMENTS

· Knowledge of Maya or Max

· Ability to set up basic shaders and do look development

· Previous experience in a VFX environment

· Previous experience working from 3D scans and/or 2D artwork

· Hard surface modelling expertise

· UV layout and planning

· Texturing experience using Photoshop, Mari or equivalents.

· Experience texturing in a visual effects pipeline, taking concepts through look development and into lighting.
