## Education Program Coordinator**About The Team**The **Education Program Coordinator** is formally positioned within the College of Operations Team, reporting to the College of Business Manager (College of Operations Team). However, the role is embedded within the School of Education, working closely with the School Executive Team to ensure the smooth coordination of academic programs and strategic initiatives. With a diverse student base and strong national and international networks, the School delivers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs both locally and offshore.**Your New Role**We are seeking a proactive and highly organised **Education Program Coordinator** to join our team within the College of Operations Team. This key role is based in the School of Education, supporting program delivery and providing leadership and administrative support to the School of Executive Team.You will play a central role in delivering the **Leap Program** in alignment with Department of Education requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students and staff. The position also supports international and domestic postgraduate candidates and contributes to the development and maintenance of strategic education partnerships with organisations such as the Department of Education, AISWA, CEOWA, and local schools.If you’re passionate about education, thrive in a collaborative environment and excel in program coordination and stakeholder engagement, we’d love to hear from youYour key responsibilities will include –* **Support for the School of Education and Candidates:** Coordinate the Leap Program, providing end-to-end support to candidates and academic staff, ensuring smooth delivery aligned with Department of Education requirements* **Partnerships and Compliance:** Maintain and develop education-focused partnerships, manage reporting and invoicing, and ensure compliance with university and external authority standards* **Program Operations and Data Management:** Oversee daily operations within the School of Education, support academic delivery, and manage data and reporting to track progress and inform decision-makingPlease refer to the for further details.**What We Offer You**This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $97,743.00– $107,690.00 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.You’ll join a dynamic and talented team where diversity and innovation thrive.
