Opportunity:

We are currently partnered with a national firm known for their down to earth and collabortive team, who are currently on the lookout for their next Paralegal superstairs to join their team.

This firm prides themselves on giving support staff the necessary tools, training and development in order to produce their best work and succeed.

A snapshot of the role:

- Providng proactive diary management and meeting coordination for clients and coordination of travel arrangements
- Drafting of documents, amendments, management and dictation
- Overseeing therecords management responsibilities for the Sydney office alongside the administration team
- Supporting the firm’s shared services teams as required

The successful candidate:

*Please note thatwe are open to paralegal candidates both at junior and senior levels, so please feel free to apply to this role if you have paralegal experience, regardless of your level.

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a law firm - open to considering law students also
- Fantastic communication skills and high-level stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional assistance to your team
- Capability of working independently while thriving in collaborative environments
