Your Role in Creating Change

As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you’ll work closely withlocal community and government services to deliver personalised,family-focused support. Working in Salisbury and SurreyDowns (Adelaide Northern Suburbs), you’ll be part ofa collaborative effort to build a just and compassionate society,uplifting families and helping them achieve their goals.

What You’ll Bring

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Services (SocialWork, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) orequivalent experience.
- Training in working with families facing complexneeds.
- Experience in case management and working withmarginalised individuals.
- Certifications:
- Child Safe Environments and RAN-ECqualification.
- DHS Working with Children Check.
- DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Skills & Commitment:
- Knowledge of educational and vocationalpathways.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databasesystems.
- A deep commitment to social inclusion and qualityservice delivery.
