Care Manager – Westminster Village ResidentialAged Care - Semaphore Park

Westminster Village is seeking a skilled and dedicatedCare Manager to provide senior clinical andoperational leadership at our Residential Aged Care home inSemaphore Park.

Reporting to the Residential OperationsManager, this key leadership role ensures consistent,high-quality care and strong clinical governance. You will guideand support the site team to meet Aged Care Quality Standards anddeliver best-practice, person-centred care.

In this role, you will:

- Provide Clinical and OperationalLeadership: Step into leadership roles at any of ourfive residential aged care homes to support during periods ofleave, transition, or change.

- Drive Quality and Compliance: Ensureadherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC fundingrequirements, and accreditation processes.

- Mentor and Coach Teams: Build staffcapability through supervision, reflective practice, andon-site mentoring.

- Respond to Clinical Complexity: Supportthe assessment and care of residents with complex needs,ensuring person-centred, holistic care planning.

- Ensure Care Continuity: Maintain clinicaloversight and continuity of services, especially duringtransitional or challenging periods.

- Lead Improvement Initiatives: Conductaudits, identify risks, and support implementation of qualityimprovement plans.

- Participate in On-Call Roster: Provideafter-hours clinical support across the aged care portfolio ona rotating basis.

To be successful in this role, you willhave:

- Current, unrestricted registration as a Division 1Registered Nurse with AHPRA

- Minimum 5 years' post-registrationexperience in aged care, including residentialoperations

- Proven leadership capability and advanced clinicalproblem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care QualityStandards, AN-ACC, care planning, anddocumentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to lead multi-disciplinary teams

- Proficiency with clinical systems and electronicdocumentation

- Current SA Driver’s Licence andNDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)

- Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care,Leadership, or Health Management (desirable)
