Responsibilities

- Lead Educator role in our nest, leading and developing the curriculum while actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity.
- Receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team.
- Collaborate to deliver excellent educational practices and create an environment where you will rise and flourish.
- Full-time position
- Regular support on floors from the Curriculum Leader
- Leading our Kinder room
- As soon as possible start

About the Service

- Based in the suburb of Salisbury Downs
- Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks
- The service sits opposite the train station for easy commute to and from work
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child’s development and fostering a sense of active participation
- Opening hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career

About You

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential)
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
