Work in partnership with the Child Health Nurse to develop and deliver the 0–5 Child Health Program. Contribute to the prevention and control of chronic and communicable diseases (including STIs). Assist with health education and promotion for the community. Be a reliable and enthusiastic key member of the Pilbara Population Health team, working with other community health staff in the planning and delivery of a range of health programs and services.
