- Triage and resolve real time operational issues, escalating appropriately and enabling rapid decision making to minimise mission impact.

- Lead stakeholder engagement, conduct briefings and maintain strong working relationships across the RAAF, industry and contractor partners.

- Monitor fleet availability and readiness metrics, identify shortfalls and drive timely remedial actions to maximise aircraft serviceability.

- Monitor all scheduled/unscheduled arisings affecting F/A-18F and EA-18G fleet availability in support of Enterprise outcomes.

- Deliver excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefings.

Experience / Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years' experience in fleet sustainment, aircraft maintenance coordination, or operational support for fast-jet platforms (preferably F/A-18/EA-18G or similar).

- Comprehensive understanding Defence Aviation Regulatory framework.

- Experience managing real-time operational issues, prioritisation and escalation to meet mission requirements.

- Working knowledge and technical experience within Part 145 and CAMO environments.

- Experience communicating complex technical and operational information to senior leadership and delivering briefing at executive levels.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, logistics, project management or a related discipline preferred.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
