Senior Electrician - Solar & Battery | $150K + Super + Vehicle

We're seeking a Senior Electrician with hands-on solar and battery experience, proven leadership skills, and the confidence to run jobs end-to-end. If you're SAA-accredited and ready to step into a role where you'll take charge, mentor others, and deliver quality results, this is your opportunity.

This is a full-time, long-term role with a growing business that values professionalism, autonomy, and reliability.

What You'll Need

- Current NSW Electrical Licence (mandatory)

- Solar & Battery Accreditation (SAA)

- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage projects independently

- Strong technical knowledge with a proactive, accountable approach

- Clear communication and problem-solving skills

- Full Australian work rights (mandatory)

- Ideally based on the Northern Beaches or willing to travel
