About the role

  • Install, test and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on existing solar PV systems
  • Liaise with clients to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
  • Ensure all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of solar installation processes and procedures
  • Maintain detailed records and provide progress updates to the management team

About you

  • Qualified electrician
    with a current unrestricted electrical licence OR in your
    3rd or 4th year.
  • Certification or experience in solar PV system installation
  • Strong technical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety

  • Fork lift licence preferred
