About the role:

Are youpassionate about supporting individuals through challenging timesand helping them find hope and strength in recovery? AnglicareCQ isseeking a compassionate and proactive Support Facilitator to joinour team and deliver life-changing support through The Way BackSupport Service.

You willwork closely with individuals who have experienced a suicidalcrisis or attempt, offering timely, trauma-informed, and recoveryorientated support.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate withparticipants and their support networks to provide sustained,strengths-based care.

- Deliver timely,trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care aligned with WayBack Service principles.

- Advocate for andfacilitate referrals to community-based services tailored toindividual needs.

- Collaborate withthe Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhanceservice delivery.

Qualifications

MandatoryRequirements:

- Diploma levelqualifications in a Mental Health related field.
