Our client is a well-established business specializing in warehousing, logistics, and customer order management. They pride themselves on providing efficient service and accurate fulfillment for a wide range of customers. Using advanced technology systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the company focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, streamlined stock control, and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

Working 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, you will play an important role supporting both warehouse and customer service operation's. Your duties will include:

- Taking customer orders both in person and over the phone
- Data entry and updating records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Stock ordering and maintaining accurate stock control
- Assisting with regular stock takes
- Performing warehouse duties including picking and packing orders
- Creating and managing consignment notices
- Operating a forklift (if you hold a current forklift ticket)

What you will need

- Experience in customer service and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
