The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Adelaide team, supporting two exciting projects – Glenside and Fletcher’s Slip.
This role offers a unique chance to grow your career in property sales while working alongside a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceptional community outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales Consultants and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for sales enquiries and maintaining our CRM system
- Assisting customers with sales contracts and purchase documentation
- Welcoming visitors to our onsite sales office and ensuring its presentation reflects our brand
- Providing insights to the project team on competitor activity and market trends
- Contributing to the overall success and presentation of our projects
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and excited about building a career in property sales. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in property, customer service or sales
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, fast-learning attitude and eagerness to take on responsibility
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays (as required)
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
