About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and people-oriented person to identify, activate and grow business opportunities across our five specialties. No recruitment experience required – Just the drive and willingness to generate new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.

We’re looking for someone who is

- Skilled in objection handling and influencing outcomes
- A confident communicator with a polished, and professional presence

Your core responsibilities

- Engage Your Market: Actively connect with current and potential customers across our specialities to generate leads
- Deliver Outcomes: Provide recruitment consulting services ensuring the successful placement of temporary and permanent staff
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients and candidates that deliver long-term value
- Strategise With our Team: Collaborate with our team of specialist consultants to uncover new opportunities and drive broader business growth.
