A minimum of 1 year residential conveyancing paralegal experience is essential

The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will use Leap precedents. Duties include:

- Contract perusal, dealing with clients
- Following up on outstanding conditions,
- On line searches, in house stamping,
- PEXA Settlements and general file management duties.

This position is either 4 or 5 days a week. Flexible hours.

Your experience

You will have at least 1 year Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent client service skills and time management skills.

Well established law firm based on the south side of Brisbane. Offer a flexible work environment. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $95,000 package including Super).
