As a valued Speech Pathologist on our team, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload and deliver timely, effective therapy
- Provide essential speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the community
- Conduct assessments, including clinical observations and standardised tools, to set individualised goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a meaningful impact on participants’ lives
- Collaborate with our large, supportive multidisciplinary team
- (For senior clinicians) Mentor and support early career team members
- Stay informed and compliant with current NDIS guidelines and practices

Qualifications
✅To Be Considered, You Will Have:
- Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates also encouraged to express interest for future opportunities)
- Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively handle a diverse and dynamic caseload
- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, eager to innovate and learn from new approaches
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive team environment
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
