Speech Pathologist – Full Time

At Newcastle Speech Pathology, we believe everyone deserves to be heard—including you.

We're looking for a kind, capable Speech Pathologist to join our full-time team. The role is primarily clinic-based across our Kurri Kurri and Cooks Hill locations, with some mobile services offered when it truly supports the client's needs.

Whether you're a soon-to-be graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll be supported with weekly mentoring, full admin support, and a team that genuinely values collaboration, growth, and care.

Who you'll be working with:
  • A small, experienced team who support each other, professionally and personally
  • A leadership team that provides clear guidance, regular feedback, and space to grow
  • Clients of all ages -children, teens, and adults - across a variety of settings
What the role involves:
  • Delivering evidence-based speech therapy for both adult and paediatric clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, schools, and support networks
  • Planning and delivering sessions independently, with guidance as needed
  • Maintaining clear, timely documentation with paid admin time
  • Participating in regular mentoring, team meetings, and ongoing learning

What we're looking for:
  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
  • A willingness to learn, contribute, and be part of a values-aligned team
