Speech Pathologist – Full Time
Kurri Kurri & Cooks Hill | Clinic-based with some flexible outreach | Supportive, values-led team
At Newcastle Speech Pathology, we believe everyone deserves to be heard—including you.
We're looking for a kind, capable Speech Pathologist to join our full-time team. The role is primarily clinic-based across our Kurri Kurri and Cooks Hill locations, with some mobile services offered when it truly supports the client's needs.
Whether you're a soon-to-be graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll be supported with weekly mentoring, full admin support, and a team that genuinely values collaboration, growth, and care.
Who you'll be working with:- A small, experienced team who support each other, professionally and personally
- A leadership team that provides clear guidance, regular feedback, and space to grow
- Clients of all ages -children, teens, and adults - across a variety of settings
- Delivering evidence-based speech therapy for both adult and paediatric clients
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, schools, and support networks
- Planning and delivering sessions independently, with guidance as needed
- Maintaining clear, timely documentation with paid admin time
- Participating in regular mentoring, team meetings, and ongoing learning
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring and clinical supervision
- Generous PD opportunities
- Full-time admin support so you can focus on what you do best
- Opportunities to work across both Kurri Kurri and Cooks Hill clinics
- A culture where kindness, clarity, and contribution are part of daily practice
- For experienced clinicians: pathways to lead projects, mentor others, or specialise
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership (or eligibility)
- NSW Driver's Licence
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
- A willingness to learn, contribute, and be part of a values-aligned team
We're not a big corporate clinic, and we don't want to be.
We're a team that values good communication, strong systems, and genuine relationships with our clients and each other.
Here, you'll be supported to grow, encouraged to ask questions, and trusted to do good work.

We'd love to hear from you.
