We are working with a growing construction company who is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic business decisions.

- Manage and grow the organization's online presence, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and customers effectively.
