Job Description

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in managing financial risks.
- Provide guidance on financial planning and investment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

- A strong background in financial analysis and reporting within the professional services industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proven ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
