This role is located in Clayton and is 5-days on-site, with flexibility offered around this.

Job Description

- Oversee all financial operations, including tax, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with new Australian financial regulations and standards, including revenue recognition.
- Lead and mentor a team of three staff members.
- Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in project-based finance work, including policy & procedure development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification, or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and strategies.
- Tax, reporting, and compliance knowledge.
- Strong business partnering skills with non-financial departments.
