- Competitive pay: Salaries ranging from $130,564.67 - $156,277.25 (excluding super, skill-dependent)

o Up to $7,500 per year in retention bonus - paid every 3 months
o Up to $8,000 per year in individual target/production coal KPIs, paid every 6 months

Key responsibilities and requirements
- 12+ months’ experience on production mining equipment (Rear Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader, or Excavator)
- SSE - signed competency transcript
- Current open driver’s licence
- Valid Standard 11 Certificate
- A commitment to a positive safety culture
