About the Position:
You’ll advise on high‑stakes finance deals, licensing applications, ASIC matters, and fund structuring. From complex equity arrangements to sweat equity deals, the work is diverse and commercially meaningful. This isn’t a firm where you’re expected to carry the business on your shoulders; the Directors are actively engaged in growth, BD, and leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Must be admitted to practice law in VIC with 8+ years' PQE in Banking and Finance law
- Minimum $200k portable practice preferred
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and growing a practice
