We are looking for passionate and driven retail team members to join our Vans & Timberland team for this Christmas season You will support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence, playing an integral role in the store’s success.
- Enjoy up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype, DC, Platypus, Dr. Martens, Glue, and more
- Work with premium products alongside fellow passionate sneaker enthusiasts
- Opportunities for progression within the business with ongoing training and support
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with premium products
- Work collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock efficiently
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude to effectively sell to customers
Requirements for Success:
- Full availability from November to mid-January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
