We are ‘Off The Wall’ The Role As the Assistant Manager at VANS Sunshine Plaza, you/'ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to support a team of passionate casual team members. Your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching and mentoring the team, and delivering world-class customer service. You/'ll play a key role in creating a fun and energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-impact retail environment.
