We are seeking passionate retail associates to support our Vans & Timberland stores. You will assist the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and contributing to the store’s success.
- Enjoy up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype, DC, Platypus, Dr Martens, Glue, and more
- Work with premium products alongside dedicated sneaker enthusiasts
- Opportunities for career progression with ongoing training and support
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service with premium products
- Working as part of a team to meet sales and KPI targets
- Processing stock, picking, and packing click-and-collect orders
- Assisting with store operations, housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintaining a positive, proactive attitude to engage customers
To succeed, you should have:
- Full availability from November to mid-January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
