- Lead and support privacy impact assessments, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective privacy compliance arrangements.

- Prepare and deliver privacy compliance reporting insights using consistent data sources, internal compliance knowledge, and awareness of external regulatory trends.

- Contribute to the delivery of the annual privacy assurance program, ensuring factual and pragmatic reporting to obligation, risk, and control owners.

- Support the Manager, Privacy Compliance in preparing reports and escalations for executive and board committees.

- A foundational understanding of compliance obligations — this is non-negotiable.

- Experience in conducting compliance assessments, particularly within privacy or financial services contexts.

- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to uncover hidden insights through analysis.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering compliance control assurance.

- Minimum 3+ years assessing business incidents for compliance risk, root cause, and potential breaches.

- Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information from diverse sources and present findings clearly.
