Reporting to the Executive Dean, this senior role oversees strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a collegial and high-performing culture. The Dean will lead a diverse team, maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health departments, and professional bodies, and champion innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the School’s operations.**The Opportunity**We are seeking a distinguished medical leader motivated to inspire and shape the future academic activities of the Medical School. With specialist qualifications, complemented by a PhD or MD by research, the ideal candidate will have a globally recognised track record in research and clinical excellence.This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse, high-performing team, drive innovation in teaching and research, and build strategic partnerships across academia, industry, government, and professional bodies.
