About the role
- Ensure design documentation is compliant and practical to deliver.
- You will need to work autonomously at times and also closely with internal & external stakeholders for quality outcomes.
- Managing the entire Design process from Tender to Practical Completion
- Driving the Value Management process to provide the best possible outcomes for both our clients and Alders.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, architects, and various other consultants and authorities.
- Responsible for planning, creating and controlling the delivery of project design - manage the approval process and cost plans in accordance with the program and project requirements.
You will be a methodical individual with a creative streak who is adept at investigating project opportunities and efficiencies.
- Tertiary Qualification relevant to the role
- A minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in a similar head contractor design management role
- Greenstar and NABERS project delivery and accreditation will be favourable
- An accomplished communicator and negotiator
