Electrify your future.**About the role****Project Engineer**The Project Engineer leads engineering design and technical sign-off for a diverse variety of energy solution projects to deliver against operational objectives and project deadlines. They assist in mentoring junior members of the Engineering team and help to incorporate new innovations and best practice into the AGL design standards and ways of working.**What you will be doing:*** Design and develop safe Energy Solutions—including Solar PV and Energy Storage systems—in alignment with industry regulations and WHS standards, ensuring timely delivery for successful project execution.* Provide engineering concept design and solution as part the sales and tendering process.* Specify project bill of materials, select suppliers and components, perform necessary design calculations to ensure compliance and safety, create design solution budget estimates, and coordinate with the Drafting team to produce drawings that meet project delivery deadlines.* Support Project Delivery by resolving technical issues, updating designs, and coordinating with PMs, Installers, and Customers. Provide technical assessment and input required for network approvals. Support onsite commissioning and handover.
