Your role:
Join our team as the Category Marketing Manager and take ownership of the development and activation of category and brand strategy for all decorative coatings that live “outside of a home or dwelling.” This includes exterior broad wall, concrete coatings, enamels, preps, and emerging categories. You’ll be responsible for driving growth and innovation across Australia and New Zealand, working with leading brands such as Dulux Weathershield, Porters, British Paints, Accent, Berger, Walpamur, Spring & Levene.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the creation and execution of long-term, consumer-driven category and brand strategies across retail and trade channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external partners (key customers, suppliers, agencies) to identify and deliver new market opportunities.
- Manage commercial outcomes, including revenue, market share, and profitability, with accountability for business KPIs.
- Activate category plans and enable sales teams for success, leveraging shopper and consumer insights.
- Coach and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Balance the needs of multiple brands and channels, navigating complexity and driving alignment across ANZ.

What You’ll Bring:
- Marketing or business degree.
- Strong experience in brand and/or category management within consumer-driven brands.
- Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new products and offers to market.
- Expertise in category strategy, brand planning, marketing execution, new product development, and commercial management.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and resilience to drive strategic initiatives and manage competing priorities.
