Job Description

What this role requires:

- Preparing and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of payments.
- End-to-end processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights.
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation to auditors.
- Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost optimisation.
- Handle general accounting tasks as required to support the department.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should have:

- A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
