Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
- Match purchase orders with invoices.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder queries effectively.
- Process weekly EFT and foreign currency payments.
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintain the Supplier Masterfile.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes.

About You:

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
