About the role This dynamic role supports our team across correspondence,meeting and reporting coordination, acting as the first point ofcontact for enquiries and ensures our office runssmoothly. From making sure accounts are in order, data has integrity,reports are delivered on time, systems and procedures are utilisedand people are where they need to be when they need to be when theyare meant to be there, the role works closely with our GeneralManager to achieve exceptional service outcomes. About you You’ll thrive on variety and be able to confidently jugglemultiple priorities while enjoying a dynamic role where no two daysare the same. You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and flourish ina fast-paced environment where you take initiative, bring apositive solution focused mindset with impressive attention todetail. Along with this your experience will include: In addition, you will also possess: - Ideally qualifications in administration or officemanagement - Prior success in supporting a busy and varied team, ideallyin a community services organisation - Great communication and engagement skills with a diverrange of people, some at times experiencing hardship or complexcircumstances, you’ll bring a high level of empathy andcompassion - Experience in invoicing, accounts, payroll and WHSsupport - Exceptional organisation skills with a love ofmulti-tasking, juggling priorities and meeting tighttimeframe - A keen eye for detail and ensuring all compliance adheresto applicable legal and regulatory standards, and you’llbe incredibly systems savvy across Microsoft Office suite withthe ability to learn new systems quickly - Drivers licence - National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths) About the benefits You'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcomingWestern Australian organisation passionately committed to making ameaningful impact in the local community.
