Job Description

- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management.

- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them appropriately.

- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as required.

- Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.

- Support the team with adhoc tasks and special projects as needed.

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administration Assistant should have:

- A strong background in administrative or secretarial tasks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational abilities.

- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under minimal supervision.

- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

- An understanding of working within a Not For Profit environment is advantageous.
