Senior Property Lawyer

The Role

A full-time, permanent role in the firm's Melbourne CBD office for an experienced Property Lawyer experienced working on large-scale development projects in reputable firms known for their Property practice. At this level, the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running in relation to an array of matters, including but not limited to, reviewing and advising on ecology reports and other pertinent experts' reports, subdivision applications, site compatibility certificate applications, matters pertinent to service connections, and more.

Essential Requirements

- 5 - 8 years PAE exclusively in Property Law, with significant and current experience in Corporate Law, accrued in the Melbourne CBD in reputable firms with a similar client profile and that are known for their strength in large scale property development projects

- Detail-oriented and a strong commercial acumen

- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly manner with a team player attitude
