Our client is a mid-tier law firm in Adelaide, expanding its property team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a diverse and genuine team with access to outstanding clients and a varied workload. The Partners are supportive, dynamic, and excellent mentors who lead flexibly and collaboratively.

They are seeking an Associate or Senior Assoicate with a property, construction and Infrastructure law background to join their growing practice. This role is ideal for a property lawyer looking to advance their career in a well-regarded Adelaide firm. You will work with corporations, SMEs, and property developers on matters such as:

  • Property development
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Leasing
  • Franchising
  • Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and due diligence
  • Contract advice
  • Major projects and property developer work

This position is perfect for a lawyer with years of PAE and/or a Senior Associate. You should:

  • Have experience in a well-regarded practice or in-house role, focusing on property or commercial law
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident, capable, and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Work well independently and as part of a team when needed
