Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career. We are hiring for a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at Level 6, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts across Weekday (Monday to Friday) and Weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Our operating hours are between 7am and 11pm.

We offer an attractive pay rate of $37.13. Candidate must be flexible to work a range of shifts in the morning and evening. This is strictly a Casual position and will remain as such.

Responsibilities

- providing an exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
- complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies
- checking and verifying candidate identification against test registration; and helping them to set up for test
- explaining exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing
- troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues
- escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel
- completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule
- other ad hoc duties as directed

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be able to bend and lift to 20 lbs independently
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance
