Implementation & Projects Coordinator

Centenary Solutions is a growing ERP consultancy helping Australian businesses implement smarter systems using
Odoo
. We're looking for a versatile and ambitious
ERP Implementation & Projects Coordinator

who's ready to wear a few hats and grow with us,
supporting client delivery
and
keeping projects organised.

This is a
hybrid role
— part consultant, part project coordinator. You'll get hands-on with Odoo implementations (configurations, testing, data imports), while also keeping projects on track with client communication, scheduling, and a bit of light admin. It's ideal for someone who's outgrown a pure "junior" role and wants
more variety, responsibility, and career growth
in a start-up environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Process analysis
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Experience in Functional Testing
  • Knowledge of Integration techniques and tools
  • Experience with Odoo ERP system is highly desirable
  • Project management skills
  • Education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment


What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Odoo implementations (setups, configs, testing)
  • Coordinating client onboarding & project tasks
  • Helping manage support tickets & client follow-ups
  • Preparing documentation, training materials, and invoices


What we're looking for:

  • Exposure to Odoo (or other ERP/CRM systems like Zoho, NetSuite, MYOB, Xero)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and great with people
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and learning on the fly
  • Excited by the idea of working in a
    growing consultancy
