The Opportunity Are you a hands‑on, pragmatic HR professional who excels at providing essential support to a busy team? We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to ensure the seamless day‑to‑day running of a dynamic HR function. This is a pivotal role born from a period of exciting transformation. The core HR team is embarking on a company‑wide HRIS implementation, and your position will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence. You will be the central point of contact for day‑to‑day HR activities, from onboarding new starters to advising line managers. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end HR administration, including drafting letters of offer, processing contract variations, and maintaining employee records. - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and booking pre‑employment medicals. - Provide first‑level HR advice and guidance to employees and line managers on generalist queries in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain precise HR data integrity by meticulously updating spreadsheets and tracking all employee movements and changes across the business. - Act as a key liaison for site‑based personnel, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication between sites and the corporate office. - Champion a proactive and helpful approach, stepping in to assist the broader HR team and ensuring all operational deadlines are met. About You - Demonstrated experience in a hands‑on HR role, such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or a similar capacity. - A "not precious" and team‑oriented attitude, with a genuine willingness to handle a high volume of administrative tasks. - Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment coordination is essential. - Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to managing a busy workload. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels. - An adaptable and resilient mindset, comfortable working in a changing environment.
