The Role

As Assistant Manager you will join and lead a passionate team of service ambassadors to support the day-to-day operations of the properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will benefit from a corporate support office and a dedicated, approachable leadership team.

This is a hands‑on role where you will support Shift Managers, Housekeeping, overnight staff, Reception, Food and Beverage and Maintenance team members to provide a safe, fun experience for our team and guests alike. As a leader, you will utilise your previous experience to guide, mentor and develop the team to empower them and foster their own career development. Responsibilities

- Responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership and supervision of teams working across all departments

- Maintaining complete knowledge of all software operating systems

- Committing to ensuring SOP’s are adhered to and safety is paramount for all staff and guests

- Comprehensive understanding of rostering and cost controls across the business

- Inspiring a work culture of care, encouraging genuine connections with guests and teammates

- Handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and a hospitable manner

- Developing and implementing appropriate and innovative initiatives and revenue opportunities

- Proactively creating and trialing new guest initiatives and activities
