River City Labs hiring Marketing/PR Coordinator

River City Labs (RCL) has advertised a new opening for a marketing and PR coordinator to be based in Brisbane.

The marketing and PR coordinator is tasked with overseeing the production of content for RCL’s digital channels under existing marketing plans, managing the holding of all associated brand awareness activities, and cultivation of relationships with the media and industry stakeholders. The successful applicant will also be in charge of compiling periodic activity reports and building the annual strategy paper.

Candidates must be preferably graduates of Marketing, Public Relations, Copywriting, and Communications courses with over five years’ experience in the hospitality and customer service fields. They should also have deep interest in entrepreneurs and startup firms. The essential job skills for the post include strategic planning and analysis, creative, brand knowledge, social media management, copywriting and editing, and media relations. Applications must include a cover letter and links to existing creative material.
