What this opportunity involves:

As the Full - time Community Ambassador, you will be pivotal in delivering an authentic service experience which will enhance the relationship between JLL, our clients and their guests. Based at our JLL Perth office in the CBD.

Being the first point of contact at reception, your warm and welcoming nature will provide genuine hospitality and thoughtful service to all relevant stakeholders. As a thorough administrator, you will maintain smooth operation of the reception and execute all tasks to a high, professional standard.

An Overview of the role:

- Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team members
- Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team
- Assess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team members
- Ensure adherence to JLL Workplace Health & Safety requirements as well as those of the client
- Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain the provision of client service standards to established policy

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

- 2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or related professional area
- Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous
- Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
- Highly confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality service
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
