This role is responsible for accurately processing high volumes of financial transactions, performing reconciliations for month-end and year-end reporting, and responding to client enquiries. The successful candidate will also provide timely and accurate support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple subsidiaries.**Responsibilities:*** Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.* Manage trade debtors, including monthly reporting and reconciliation.* Process refunds, credit notes, and write-offs accurately.* Prepare month-end reconciliations and supporting workpapers.* Post journals for approval during month-end and year-end close.* Transfer funds between accounts and subsidiaries.* Assist with year-end accounts preparation and audit support.* Liaise with auditors and respond to audit queries.* Process ASIC and stamping transactions as required.* Respond to client queries and support onboarding, terminations, and payment amendments.**Requirements:*** Experience using accounting platforms such as **Xero** and **NetSuite**.* Familiarity with tools like **Blackline**, **Billing Platform**, **Stripe**, **St George Gateway**, **MS Dynamics CRM**, **Salesforce**, and **Microsoft Office Suite**.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Self-motivated team player who can work independently.* Proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and add value.* Resilience and adaptability to change.* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
