We have several vacancies available throughout Melbourne for experienced Disability Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in providing home and community access.

Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants to pursue their interests, develop new skills, achieve their lifestyle goals and be valued as equal members in the community. Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, assistance with everyday household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.

About You

- Clear and effective communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management

- Initiative and self‑motivation

- A positive and professional approach

- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts: morning, day and afternoon

- Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered
