Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Operate and monitor large-scale industrial refrigeration, steam boilers, and air compression systems.

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure all plant utilities run at optimal performance.

Troubleshoot system issues and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and system performance.

Uphold and enforce strict safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with the wider maintenance team and management to achieve operational goals.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

Current Engine Driver’s Certificate of Competency (minimum Standard/Intermediate)

At least 2 years of post-certification experience in a fast-paced industrial environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of industrial utility systems.

Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
