Are you a skilled and certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking a passionate and detail-driven LAME - B1.3 to join a dynamic team supporting a world-class fleet. This is your opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where safety, precision, and innovation are paramount.

As a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining aircraft, components, and support equipment to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in ensuring airworthiness, coordinating maintenance activities, and mentoring junior engineers-all while working under a respected Certificate of Approval and in accordance with CAR30 and Part 145 regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and components
  • Operate under CAR30 and Part 145 MOE guidelines
  • Act as Job Coordinator during maintenance activities
  • Ensure license recency and compliance with CASA regulations
  • Identify and report anomalies in maintenance schedules or procedures
  • Maintain hangar condition and ground support equipment
  • Provide on-the-job training to AMEs and apprentices

  • Travel domestically and internationally for OEM training and fleet support

  • Experience

  • CASA Part 66 License (AW109, AW139 & AW169 highly desirable)

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical and/or Avionics)
  • Strong engineering background and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of CASA regulations and airworthiness standards
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, on platforms, and in varied environments
  • Valid ASIC card, driver's license, and passport
