About the role

In this busy role, you’ll:

- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our residents to enjoy every day
- Be a valued team member delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making a positive difference in the home’s presentation and service
- Join a dedicated team of aged care professionals committed to enriching residents’ lives

You’ll be a team player who:

- Has excellent attention to detail, with a focus on health and hygiene standards, and a commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles
- Is positive, warm, empathetic, and approaches the role with a can-do attitude
- Implements and manages hygiene maintenance systems, including auditing and site inspections, to support operational excellence
