What You’ll Do

- Conduct detailed investigations into high‑risk policies and suspicious customer behaviour
- Identify potential fraud risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them
- Assess policy legitimacy and ensure compliance with underwriting and operational guidelines
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and provide insights to relevant business units
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate large‑scale or syndicated fraud
- Support the implementation of fraud detection controls and continuous improvement initiatives
- Educate and guide team members on fraud indicators, investigation techniques and compliance requirements
- Promote proactive risk management and contribute to a strong risk culture

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in insurance investigations, sales, product or underwriting.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to identify, investigate and report on fraudulent or high‑risk activity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across diverse stakeholders
- Sound understanding (or ability to quickly acquire knowledge) of relevant legislation and insurance policies
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer outcomes
- Qualifications in investigations or experience in insurance policy management (desired)
