What You/'ll Be Doing

- Handle and distribute high volumes of mail and correspondence
- Perform high-speed, accurate data entry and document preparation
- Scan, personalise and rework documents and photographs as needed
- Assess and process paper-based applications
- Support the production and quality assurance of official documents
- Apply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with established frameworks
- Maintain performance expectations and uphold high standards of output and quality

What We/'re Looking For

- Australian citizenship (mandatory)
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus
- Reliable, adaptable, and responsive to workload shifts and changing priorities

Please Note

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote work option. Successful applicants must provide a current police check before commencement.
