We’re currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our passionate team.
About the role
Service: Windsor Neighbourhood Child Care Centre
Location: Easily accessible from Lutwyche Road
Long Day Care Time: 7am – 6pm
Role: Permanent Full time (38hrs per week)
Room: Junior Kindy (2-3 years)
Qualification Required: Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Pay Rate: $35.28-$36.35 + Superannuation + Additional Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program
- Support children to grow and develop, committing to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy, safe and nurturing environment
- Participate in professional and personal development
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy
Qualifications
- Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
- Effective workplace communication skills
